Alisa Hotel & Spa, Hanoi

I had a mostly enjoyable stay at this spa hotel. The rooms were clean and quite comfortable, and I appreciated the serene ambiance. The service was attentive and really made an effort. However, the dining options weren't as varied as I hoped, and the pool area could use some more loungers. Overall, it offered good value for money but does have some room for improvement.
